You create an account by logging in with the account name/pass you'd like to use.

it doesnt work for me and i fucking dunno why ;P
edit: ok seems like the acc name was already in use from some1 else, tyvm arkon

Are you trying to connect through Razor? Did you d/l the client here from the UOSA site?
Just trying to gather some info.
