PC: Secluded, Town Walking Distance, TWIN TOWERS

Going to throw this out there and see what some people are willing to pay for this. Not necessarily an auction, but I dont want peoples input on what they WOULD pay, and what they THINK its worth (please make sure you clarify this in your post)
If I get an offer that I really like (not sure what that number is) I will probably take that offer.
Very few locations that you can have two towers side by side + walking distance to town.
Minoc bridge is 2-3 screens southwest.
