I did do that and it works very well. Thank you for the idea. I don't remember this happening in T2A, but I haven't played an EA shard in years.

There's no "drink potion" animation available in the client, so drink potion always sends the regular animation, which does look a little wierd. the alterative would be to have no animation on a horse

If what we have isn't "the way it was" we'll change it. I actually have no recollection on this.

Now that it is mentioned, I think in T2A your horse did disappear like it is now. But it has been ages since I played a UO shard, and can't say I focused too much on what I looked like when I was chugging pots.

I don't really recall this either, but I would hope that Origin didn't allow something THAT big to be ignored for all of the T2A era. It might have been a bug but I'd imagined it was fixed.

I always remember losing horse animation while drinking. Maybe not in AoS.... but definitely in t2a and uo:r

No you can't salute on a horse. And yes the horse always disappeared, I remember this ^_^
