REPORTED ISSUE: Smashing Chests Inside Containers - Items Land Outside

ISSUE DETAILS: When you smash a chest with an axe that is inside another container (trash barrel, pouch, etc) the items that were within the chest being smashed end up on the floor rather than inside the container that the smashed chest was in.

ENVIRONMENT DETAILS: NA

STEPS TO RECREATE: Smash a chest of items in the trash barrel or other container.

EXPECTED RESULTS: Items that were inside the chest being smashed should stay within the container the chest was in.

Comment: I have no recollection of whether or not this is how it was in T2A, or if this has ever been addressed before, but it doesn't "feel" like this is how it "should" be.
