Price Check on Rare: "bottle"?

I haven't seen this rare before. I was about to put it up for sale, but I'm not sure of it's value. This is the first time I've found it. I'm not sure if people are familiar with it or not, but here's a screenshot of the item:

It would be about 90k+ depending upon who is buying so far as I have seen.
