Item lag is your computer, lag from lots of people is your connection.

Amirite? Think I remember Derrick saying that item lag is mostly PC related, at least.

Sounds right to me, I have a sick computer and a sick connection and I never lag.

Yea mine is definitely computer related.
But I bough a brand new video card n brand new power supply n it still acts like that. Anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

I agree.
And I consider myself a damn good dueler. So sudden death would probably hurt me, but it will still turn 4 hour long tournaments Into 2 hour long tournaments which is ideal.

Hmm. I never lag from the deco but only when there are a ton of people.

Is it possible it was because of the 35 contestants and not the deco? I didn't think I had a TON of stuff but maybe I have too much?

Always hold tourneys in empty towers, items cause lagg it seems especially for some people/connections/pcs.

The arena size from the staff ran events were a bit smaller I believe. Smaller arena's = less room to run = quicker matches. (In theory)

Its funny you say that jay I remember thinking back to the arena fights as being small areas but then I remembered they looked small but they were probably the same size as mym duel pit
