It might take a few days but you will find some spots eventually. I don't agree with it but there ya go. Not sure why there needs to be a limit per npc. Limit per character should be more like it.

The reason for the limits are simple. Era accuracy.
Step 3.5 use your house as a stables assuming you dont have a smalliv seen it and am now makijg a tamer to do it
i wanted a tamer when i came here but was told stables are always full now iv found a solution for my problem
all that being said i think the serious horders of ww and mares should ease up on the 20 ww's you only use 1 at a time
