My boat problem
Just doing a follow up. I'm not sure what happened. I made the boat near east Brittain bank. No key was created in my bank. I sailed from Brittain to Moonglow. To this point I have the only key I saw which existed. At the Moonglow docks I anchored and locked it up, two days ago. Went to bank and put the key back in the bank, then macroed. My boat is missing and can't recall to key.

Ha! I just saw this post.
The key in your bank was the one created when you launched the boat. The one in your pack never made it into the bank. I know because I stole it while you were macroing in moonglow bank. It was docked north of moonglow and had about 1.2k raw fishsteaks on it. Thanks for the boat!
