It is an old tower which hasn't been deeded since ~2008. It has the same number of secures/lockdowns as regular towers, but doors function slightly different.

Technically the 24 hour timer expired before your bid (by 8 minutes according to the time stamps). Nice tower though whoever gets it!

This is correct, my bid was placed the same afternoon of Zemi's bid. The AM/PM difference is confusing people. Look at the time stamps more closely, Zemi puts his bid in at 1 in the morning on Tuesday, I put my bid in at 1 in the afternoon on the same Tuesday. About 12 hours later.

Any word from you Eo? According to the rules of the auction you posted I've won this with SB+small
