I have been making world maps till 95.1 and it will not budge now. Is this normal? I have a lot of maps I still can not decode even at this skill? I am assuming the maps I have that I can not decode are the highest? What skill do I need to be? Also how do I raise past 95.1? Thanks.

to skill up just keep making any kind of map with blank maps no difference in gain cincerning which one ye make.
at 91 you can decode lvl 4 tmaps and no lower then at 100(GM) you can decode lvl 5's so everything you can not decode yet are lvl 5 tmaps.
skilling jsut keep going it goes quite slow i know but thats normal.
