Does anyone know approx how long it takes on average to get word back about an old account info request?

dang he must be really busy I sent in my request with all the info except password last monday night =\. How long ago was it that your brother sent in a request?

Why would you need to reactivate? I thought the accounts never expired.

well not really re activate but it has been 4 years since I played and I do not remember the passwords for the accounts lol. been almost a week since I sent in the request for passwords (will be a week tonight).

Cant you get your password sent to your registerd email account? Per automatic?

you have to register with your e-mail in-game. you remember, when you first started UOSA and that annoying pop-up everytime you logged in? then you had to type [auth and a string of numbers? well this is why you should do it.

I filled out the pop up to register my accounts with my email and did the auth thing. I did not notice any way to get my pw back through automation but that would be an awesome feature! Budner if you did have my pw's and helped me out id love you for life Xp!

If you got it registered try this link, did a password retrive search.

Have my old account user names but I think that is for forum password reset as I tried it on all the accounts with the email and it was a no go =(. Thanks for trying though =)

Try to contact a GM via IRC if you can't get them in game. I had this issue when I started playing again last September. Derrick got back to me quickly and we were able to work it all out. I did not have all my accounts registered, which is certainly the good thing to do.
