If you can find undeniable, documented proof that Boondock_Saint has EVER scammed anyone in a business transaction, here's what I'll do.

I will give my Patio house (along with all contents within) to any new player of your choosing.

He may have a penchant for nefarious forum karma crusades and in game murder, but a dishonest business man he is not.
