i did everything the website said.ran set up and did full install.installed razor and network frame and patched the client
i still cannot connect to the server.can having windows xp be the problem and if it is any idea of how i can make it work with xp.

What is your client version?
The only things that should be checked in your razor welcome screen are "Patch Client Encryption" and "Show this when razor starts"
the server textbox should be : uosecondage.com
port : 2593
UO Data Directory should still be at "(Auto Detect)" but if it isn't, or if you would like to try something else, manually select your UO directory
Check all these things, that's all I can think of off hand.
