Price Check: 2 Story On Moonglow Island

PC on one of the rarest houses on the server......I am on the fence on selling it, so seeing what people think I could get for it? Middle 2 story (1 of 3 on glow). Anyone have any ideas on what it might go for?

Well no one is gonna pay too much for it. I know there are only a few of them on the island, but it isn't a very popular place for established players to live since its only desirable for GY and perhaps town proximity. probably still worth about deed + 2smalls tops imo
