Passive skills not gaining... =( (Med, Anat, Eval)

My passive skills don't seem to be gaining. They are just barely above the bought values as I haven't been on the server too long. Not sure what I can do. I know Med was a passive skill, and I'm pretty sure anat when up with attacks and healing, although it doesn't seem to be. Also my eval int is not going up when casting spells.

If I need to page in-game I can, but I don't have a ton of time to play so we may have to prep a time to fix it if there really is a problem.

P.S. I have only gained .2 med since buying it, both were when I actively meditated.

Meditation and eval in the beginning didn't gain passively. The majority of the t2a era functioned this way. It was a couple patches before the UOR publish that it was changed to gain passively. We chose not to include this since it didn't exist 99% of the time during this era.
