Order/Chaos Shields

Noticed some of the guards weren't accepting the shield command.

Yeah, but 2 order guards by stables won't respond to it.

Go inside the castle.. it should work
Those order guards by the stables are part of a quest

Yeah, oops on me on that. Those aren't really order guards, they are imposters. I'll redress them.
