Full Spellbooks

Seems many newbies can't find legitimate full spellbooks on vendors. New vendor shop located in [PEE] village has them. Follow the road north out of East Brit.

Thanks, HardCore. I just bought one, and it is indeed full. There was one left on the vendor as of 2 mintues ago.
