Edit: It is kind of hard to tell the color in this picture but its a nightmare that is a dark red/brown.

I know on OSI that was a Minax faction war horse. Assuming the old "dark steed" was the ShadowLords faction warhorse, I would assume this is a darksteed as well.

It has been confirmed to be a horse with a messed up hue. Its hue will be corrected by the system on restart.

Dark steeds are not faction mounts. They are a part of the evil/good alignment system that was based on the Siege Perilous shard.
