Seriously Krarrug, if you're going to do lame stuff like that, at least look for the auctions that don't explicitly ask you NOT to do lame stuff like that.

just to be clear guys, atm i have a 6:08pm on my time, and i know that the forums time is one hour ahead, so as of now there is a little less than 3 hours, just wanted to make sure, and don't worry people, if there are bids that aren't followed as stated in the rules, they won't be counted thanks

Awww mikel, you seem upset.

One could easily round up my bids to the nearest whole 1000.

It is quite evident that I am willing to pay more than you but I guess we just have to get pissy here now don't we?

I find it very obnoxious, and I'd imagine those running the auctions do as well.

If you're willing to pay more than me, then by all means, bid away. But if you're going to outbid me by 320gp... what should I do? Should I outbid you by 160gp? 10gp? What should the auction owner do?

If your bid can be rounded up to the next thousand, just do so in the first place.

And I'm not upset; I won the auction :-) against someone who is "quite evidently" willing to pay more than me.
