Help menu doesnt work as it should

i died in hyth...

try to use help menu stuck to get back to town....

it does not... instead it prompts me to "type the problem" and i guess it sends it to you.

anyways, i do not want to sent u a text of my problem, i simply want to use the "help" menu to send me to town because i am stuck.

i log on with other char, he can use help unstuck option... why cant my char who is actually stuck use it?

well, i am stuck in hyth, missed event =( i need to get help to town

you can only use it twice a day, maybe you already used it twice?

Aye, this feature can be used only twice in a 24 hour period, and is designed to get you unstuck from a map glitch, not a free ride to town.
