GM female plate different from exceptional female plate
Exceptional female plate made by a smith with 99.9 smithing will provide the same protection as regular exceptional plate chest, arms, and gloves. But the instant you GM smithing, the exceptional female plate you make will only provide the protection of only a regular plate chest. This means that "exceptional female plate" is better than "exceptional female plate crafted by smith's name.
