We have been creative on many of the rares. They may or may not have been available to players in era, but the pixels themselves are era. There are no items on the list which give you the ability to do do anything you could not otherwise do... well except the dyes.

There's been some confusion on trophy values for the purposes of turn-in.
Trophy Values:
  • Not the value on the trophies. Those are the points you scored in the game.
1 point: Any regular CTF, Double Domination Trophy (Gold, Silver, Bronze, Copper)
2 points: CTF, Double Dom First place leader trophy or regular Gold Tourney Trophy
5 points: Any special PvM event (town invasion etc.) or Non-(Gold,Silver,Bronze,Copper) Hued trophy
10 points: Any Valorite Hued Trophy
A trophy that says "Points:<whatever>" is the number of points you scored in the CTF or DD game, not the trade in value.

I assume you can edit these descriptions in game? What about just putting a (1 trophy turn-in point) tag on the item itself?

Nice...I wish I'd read this before I sold my Cove trophies :(

I always liked the braziers, anyway those could be added to the list? Anyway, I'd have to wait for more pvm invasions and save up for a while :), I won't be winning any pvp tournies any time soon...

Right now those braziers would qualify as a unique item, but not a bad idea to add them to the list elsewhere. I just wouldn't want a lot of them out there.

Even the newest player has a good chance of picking up a CTF or DD trophy since they are awarded to the whole winning team. Also there are a couple other events we run that require no skills at all, maze race and bagball currently, more to come.

gimmie maze races!!!

how will they work? gates that either allow to move 'forward' in the maze or move you to the beginning or out of the event? or will there be a true maze made out of hedges/shrubs?

make an invisible maze out of teleporters.. this has proved effective on recent servers, especially as a no-skill needed event..

Those of you that went to the first maze race will know that there is quite a bit of everything in my maze :) And they are also quite difficult to complete. I will be modifying the event area a little so we can hold another one soon with everyone having a fair advantage again.

tell me if im right or wrong,
the statues with the oval bottoms, with the man standing and the angel in gold bronze silver are worth 1 point,
the statues with square bottoms of the lady (for tourny wins) and the busts are worth 2 points
the eagle statue is worth 5 points

then the hues come in

some confusion with people about the oval bottomed angel statue
from cove invasion for example

If the angel statue is from a non PvP event it's worth 5. A green hue on PvP trophies will bump the value up a level and all valorite are worth 10.

I've been meaning to make a pictorial guide to the trophies. It's gotten much more complex than originally envisioned.

You know derrick...it wouldn't be hard to label tropheys with their point value and create a 'ticket machine' that collects them.

For fun, put the ticket machine in the middle of a non-guarded no-recall zone and watch the pvp battles, haha

you think people would actually take 100+ pts out of guards (assuming they could carry em)...
thats almost equivalent of having a tower deed on you for loot
i like the idea of an unmoving npc trophy collector (like metro had) but outta guards no one would use it
