Update....I placed two smalls in the area to make sure that you only need to purchase that one other house.....there will be no charge for these spots...Once you purchase the 2story i will either redeed these or you can just give me deeds for the ones that are placed....

i testet it on testcenter and it worked now all i have to do is getting in contact with a person who never comes online (just to refresh his houses) and get a "no never" or "tower deed for house" from him.

1. i never said he/she is not a trusted person, all i say is selling [keepSPOTS] is modern now but
kinda bullshit.
2. you wanted to buy a l shape from me and i was 2 days offline and told you about it,

I am stating all the facts on the sale.
Not over-inflating the price because its a "keep spot"
I am asking an extremely fair price for the house...Deed +small is practically the norm.
Also giving the small blockers to the buyer for cost.

I think i am being extremely fair, and if you look at all my past sales its a trend i like to keep doing..
