We start this tale for now just going back one day. We'll have to catch up with our other pk and his past adventures later. But for now we follow Hybrid Tron, from his very first outtings into Britania to present day.
I will be adding kills as I can but admittedly I have over 80 shots from about 5 days pking and this is a little time consuming, so bare with me if I fall behind. The back story for Trondiz will come later, just his first kills before his stat loss death (while afk in my house) and then following that, his comeback.
Pls don't trash talk in this thread. This is all for fun, and just so others can share in the fun I have been having as a solo pk on this awesome shard.
5-14-09. Victim - Deathstrikez
Our pk makes his first trip into the wilds, he has trained hard, he is anxious for a fight. He finds it as soon as he appears on the scene. But not as expected. He is attacked by another murderer. An epic battle ensues but in the end our hero is victorious and quickly pilfers his opponents magical components and Axe of Power and leaves before any outsiders are aware he was in the area.
5-14-09. Victim - Zaphod
Our pk ventures into the hall of liches. He finds an adventurer trying to make a name for himself. He braves the liches burning spells for long enough to kill his prey and loot his corpse. His first murder.
5-14-09. Victim - Deeno.
Our pk finds another murderer outside the Dragon cave who immediately engages him in combat. After a brief battle, the other murderer attempts to flee thro the cave opening but is stopped dead just inside.
5-14-09. Victim - Matron De Winter.
Our hero is home, depositing fresh loot into his waiting chests when he sees a blue barely blip into his sight to the north. He quickly checks his travelers journal and recognizes the name of a famous thief. He hurries outside and to the north and catches his victim, on foot, heading up the path towards Minoc mines. His victim attempts to hide, but it's to late. He has been seen, and our pk exposes him with explode potions before running him down with his katana. Matron De Winter had been busy, her corpse was full of shiny loot, including 7 rune book, some completely filled. Or pk is in good spirits as he deposits his new loot. He ressurects his victim and warns him of the consequences for being seen in this area.
5-14-09. Victim - Laprist.
Our hero finds more victims in Destard. He is only able to pull a few valuables from his kill because he is attacked by another pk, Hi Im Mike as soon as he delivers the killing blow. He chases off the new attacker but returns to his kill to find the valuables already removed!
5-14-09. Victim - Zaphod.
Our hero returns to a favored hunting ground to find a past victim. He quickly dispatches him and pilfers his still bleeding corpse. Our hero decides to call it a night and catch up on some much needed rest. He dreams easy, awaiting the mornings killing spree.
5-15-09. Victim - Munchkin
Our hero wakes early, after a long search he finds an unsuspecting adventurer in Terrathon Keep. He siezes the opportunity and slays the man quickly before returning home. Our pk is now known as a murderer.
5-15-09. Victim - Jammist
We follow our murderer into Destard where he finds a lone adventurer in the lower levels of the dungeon. She is quickly killed and looted.
5-15-09. Victim - Larpist
Our last victim returns on her "boy friends" character. Not a smart move. Our pk quickly makes her pay for the arrogance of coming back to the scene of the crime. But in sporting fashion, our pk ressurects his victims and gives them a "1 pk a day pass" letting her know that she will only die the first time she is seen any given day, and will be safe from them on.
5-15-09. Victim - Juke Box Hero
Our hero takes his murderous appetite back into the dragon cave and finds tow more potenttial victims. One is ignored, for now. A brief chase ensues with the first man, who is able to run to his home, and struggles to banish our killer, while hovering at half life. Our pk throws two exploding potions and charges in and out the door two more times to splatter his victim with a mighty blow of his katana, killing the victim as he for his home to assist him.
5-15-09. Victim - Bradini
Noone is forgotten. The foolish Bradini doesn't use the opportunity his friends death provided him to escapse and he pays the ultimate price for it when our killer returns to look for him.
5-15-09. Victim - Magus
Destard has been a lucky spot for our pk this morning. He finds another victim in the lower reaches of the dungeon. His opponent does a good job of keeping his life force high for a good long while but never has an opportunity to launch an offense and is eventually overtaken.
