Does the patch affect clothing made from the july 4th hat cloth or is it just the hats?

Basically wanted to know if it is possible to cut up existing clothing items (created before and after patch) and yield the july 4th cloth?

I had 7 reds and 4 whites. I bought 6 reds and 3 whites. I spent around 500k.


Didnt unravel a single one as I was waiting to gm my tailor to create some epic clothing for my chars.

The patch said some clothing can no longer be unraveled. Just wanted to clarify that all hats from july 4th can no longer be cut? Or is it just the ice white? Thanks
