I do not see a profiles tab when I start Razor up, so where might I find the profiles option?

I would like to be able to have different macros and hot keys on separate accounts. However, when I change any of my macros or hot keys on one account the other changes. Any help would be appreciated--I have tried searching the forums to no avail.
