I appreciate the response. I noticed my evaluating intelligence flew down to zero as I macroed music and was GM in no time but now that I am macroing provocation and have resisting spells pointed down it is moving like a snail. I wonder if getting rid of certain skills is harder than others?

What are the best spots to farm for level 3 and higher treasure maps on the shard?

I have been making world maps till 95.1 and it will not budge now. Is this normal? I have a lot of maps I still can not decode even at this skill? I am assuming the maps I have that I can not decode are the highest? What skill do I need to be? Also how do I raise past 95.1? Thanks.
